By leveraging modern SOA integration technologies and the orchestration capabilities of BPM, we are able to design and deliver solutions that build upon existing technology investment and are more adaptive — utilizing legacy applications, but orchestrating them in such a manner as to respond quickly to changing business needs.  These same technologies are also applicable to “green field” applications — achieving the same rapid, agile development cycles, but without any legacy systems involved.  TRAINING AND MENTORING

 Counterpoint believes that our delivery has not been successful if the knowledge required to maintain (and even extend) a solution hasn't been transferred to the customer. We are experienced in training our clients on the major BPMS platforms and we also offer custom courses to get organizations up to speed on solutions we build.

 POST-PRODUCTION SUPPORT

 In addition to custom implementation services, Counterpoint offers services to support our initiatives after go-live. We've worked with our software platform partners to develop tailored support options which reflect the particular requirements of given tools, platforms, and solutions.  We offer packaged support services for our customers, allowing flexibility in when and how our consultants' time can be best utilized to support customer needs.  Options are available for prepaid support packages, as well as emergency, on-demand technical assistance.
